Robert J. (“Roby”) Hutchinson, founder of Robyko passionately pursues three ideas: the strength of effective business management, the vitality of travel, health and fitness and the power of entertainment media to form human connections.

Robyko LLC currently manages Lexington Garden Apartments, a nine-building apartment complex located in Passaic New Jersey and is actively seeking new investments and management opportunities.

With more than 15 years of experience in film and television, Roby served as president of Stellar Entertainment Inc., where he specialized in advising and turning around troubled production companies. Leveraging his expertise in finance, production, sales and marketing, he has authored and delivered public and private seminars on “Getting your film financed, produced, & distributed in today’s global markets.”

Roby earned a degree in Supply Chain Management Arizona State University and also studied at Beijing’s Renmin University.

One of the highlights of his work in Supply Chain was working with Siemens Limited Thailand on Bangkok’s two major mass transit projects: the elevated BTS “Skytrain” and the underground M.R.T. Chaloem Ratchamongkhol Line, commonly known as the “Blue Line.” His wide-ranging duties included SAP/ERP, MMB & MMS, SPSS, turn-around, operations management, business plans, strategic analysis, financial reporting, flow costing, budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting and project management.

With Robyko, he seeks to synthesize all his experience and build a portfolio of efficient, sustainable investments.

Roby is a dedicated traveler, hiker and photographer and has the pictures to prove it. He speaks passable English, Spanish, Thai and Mandarin and enjoys connecting with locals and fellow travelers everywhere he goes.

Rachael Cutliffe serves as Vice President of Operations at Robyko Property Management LLC. In addition to managing critical administrative needs for the Company, Cutliffe also oversees day-to-day property management services for Lexington Gardens, Robyko LLC’s 109-unit multifamily housing complex, located in Passaic, New Jersey.

Cutliffe’s work ethic and passion for a job well done are inspired in part by her small town roots. Born and raised in Millinocket, Maine, Cutliffe places great value in her personal relationships with both clients and family.

Attended Eastern Maine Community College, studying Liberal Arts.

Cutliffe resides in Portland, Maine and has a passion for animal welfare, hiking and most anything that brings her closer to nature.

Martha Andino currently serves as Property Manager for Lexington Gardens, a 109-unit multifamily complex located in Passaic, New Jersey. Andino has proudly worked in property management for most of her professional career. Her tactical expertise combined with a keen ability to connect with her residents has helped Lexington Gardens maintain consistently high occupancy rates – generally always exceeding industry standards.

She attended Rutgers University, where she studied English. Her educational interests also include biological studies.

From New York City, Andino’s interests include physical fitness, reading, and being a mother to her two very active daughters.
